If you want an electrical service for home or commercial in middle Tennessee, I can assure you that you only need to call one company! Discount Electric is professional, quick and priced very competitively with everyone we called. They even helped us out with a serious problem that happened days. Before our scheduled upgrade at no charge. These techs are second-to-none! They are simply the best electricians we've ever hired. these guys are great. I had them install LED lights in my three bay garage . Billy and the cree came over ahead of time and surveyed the situation. Told me exactly what the order in terms of lights. Came they out when they said he would and put them all up and did a nice job cleaning up. They gave me a good price too. they saved me money by recommending excellent products at a low price. ~ Bill R

Great American company! The people who run this company care more about the people than they do the dollar, which is an automatic positive compared to many of our corporate companies in the world who only care about the bottom dollar and do not care really about their consumers or their employees. At the time of writing this review it was late 2024 and our economy is pretty much shot. Meaning there's really not much money left over after paying bills. Despite that and themselves seeing a decline in business because of that economy they will still stick their neck out and help folks suffering from electrical issues at home. I've had Discount Electrical out to my house now twice to repair and replace shortcuts taken by the contractor and his electric company from 2001 when they built this house. Their staff is courteous and friendly enough. They're patient enough to listen to you describe your issues with your home. Then they discuss amongst themselves to figure out the best course of action to take which shows maturity and the willingness to listen and reason things out which is something that's rare when dealing with box companies or corporate companies or franchise companies. They communicate better than any company than I've ever done business with in any field. As far as showing up when they say they'll show up they show up exactly if not a little bit earlier than what they said. I'm sure circumstances can differ according to the size job that they're at before and any unexpected challenges that may be at the prior job but both times they came to my house they were here exactly when they said they'd be. Which is nice. Your whole day doesn't revolve on waiting for them to show kind of like the cable guy who says he'll be there between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and he gets there at 8:35 p.m.. LOL. They will send you out text and give you a progress report so to speak on them getting to your home. They will notify you when your technician is on his way. I highly recommend this company for any of your electrical needs whether it's just upgrading or replacing. I imagine they probably do a great job if you're building a home too and you needed some technician to come in and install electrical. Overall I would recommend this company 100% to anyone needing electrical. I know it seems like a long winded review but I can't stress enough how important it is to vet who you do business with. I have vetted Discount Electrical and I highly recommend them to all American citizens. I extend my gratitude to Discount Electrical for their help and avoiding house fire due to electrical issues as well as their patience and willing to work with low budget. Google only gives an option for five stars but I give this company 10 Stars. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ~ Jeremiah R
